Application Process:
1. Complete then submit the Pre-Screening questionnaire by downloading the form or submit using the questionnaire below. 2. You will be contacted to tour the property if your pre-screening questionnaire is approved. 3. Complete then submit the Rental Application form if you want to be considered for the rental. 4. Background, Credit checks and reference checks will be completed. 5. You will be contacted and offered a 1 year lease to rent the property if you are the most qualified candidate.
